Terms and privacy policy

The data collected by Property Academy is used exclusively for research and analysis to inform reports, industry training, and media commentary. Findings from the Home Moving Trends Surveys will be announced at the EA Masters event on 4 November 2025, and then used to support ongoing improvement across the property sector.

We collect data anonymously. Agents may receive aggregate data related to their client responses, but no personal information or individual responses will ever be disclosed.

If you provide an email address, it is optional and only used if we need to contact you for additional research. It will not be used for marketing and will never be shared with third parties.
